Brooke LeVasseur is the CEO of AristaMD and has 20 years of leadership experience launching new, innovative healthcare products and solutions to payers and providers, including software and eConsult solutions. As an established entrepreneur and an innovative leader, Brooke has deep experience identifying, developing and launching new business offerings while managing teams to achieve operational goals. Her expertise spans the healthcare spectrum, from consumer health to devices and diagnostics.
Brooke has led teams to successfully commercialize new, innovative healthcare tools and gain widespread clinician adoption and reimbursement. She has held executive roles at Thomson Reuters, Veracyte and Sequenom, as well as an array of consultant roles at industry-leading investment and healthcare companies such as Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Versant Ventures, Illumina, Cypher Genomics and GRAIL.
Brooke spends her time outside work in the ocean or hanging out with her husband, two kids and two kittens.
Chief Client Experience Officer
Rebecca Chi has more than 20 years of experience in payer and provider settings with expertise in operations, revenue growth, product development, customer service and quality assurance. She has proven herself in leadership roles that demanded strategic planning, operational excellence and a focus on customer service. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science in social work from Buffalo State College, as well as a Master of Social Work from the State University of New York.
Rebecca lives in Irvine, CA, with her spouse and two teenage daughters.
Pamela Gould, RN, MHA
Chief Growth Officer
Pamela Gould, RN, MHA, is a registered nurse with an extensive clinical background, who brings over 20 years of healthcare industry experience in nursing and healthcare sales leadership. Pamela’s healthcare career began with clinical nursing in the acute, sub-acute, home-health care, and case management settings. As her experience grew, she transitioned her focus to healthcare sales, sales management and training within the specialty pharmacy, provider and payer contracting industries.
Throughout Pamela’s career, she has had proven success in team leadership, strategic planning, market analysis and business development, significantly growing employer revenues and profit margins. Prior to joining AristaMD, Pamela served as the senior vice president of payer strategies for Happify Health, a digital therapeutic solutions company headquartered in New York, NY. At Happify, she oversaw national sales efforts to managed care insurers. Pamela holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Worcester State University and a registered nurse (R.N.) degree from Becker College. She is an active member of the American Nurses Association, American College of Healthcare Executives, and The Project Management Institute.
Pam is a nature buff who enjoys spending her free time hiking, gardening, or partaking in winter sports with friends and family. She also enjoys antiquing and integrating new finds with her love of interior design.
Chief Product Officer
Neal Reizer is an experienced, provider-centric leader of end-to-end electronic health records and revenue cycle management solutions for acute inpatient, home health, hospice, private duty, and ambulatory care settings. He has worked with and learned clinical workflows from physicians, nurse practitioners and nurses, pharmacists, laboratorians and lab techs, and therapy disciplines. Neal also has learned from leaders across registration, billing, and financial functions.
On a personal note, Neal, his wife and two daughters recently added a Goldendoodle, named Ori, to the family.
Vice President of Software Engineering
Travis Fawcett, Vice President of Software Engineering, has been with AristaMD since 2015, leading and directing an agile software team. He brings over 18 years of experience managing and architecting software engineering projects. Travis has built scalable software in multiple industries including telecommunications, marketing, biotechnology, life sciences, and healthcare. He has extensive experience in the software development lifecycle, IT infrastructure management, risk management of software deployments, cloud architecture, HL7, and developing high performing software engineering teams.
Travis has proactively implemented forward-thinking strategic initiatives and has delivered timely and successful software with multiple stakeholders. Outside of AristaMD, he is an active participant in the local technology community as a contributor, thought leader and has been a featured presenter in many areas of software development.
Travis grew up an avid skier in Vail, Colorado. He attended the University of Colorado and was the San Diego alumni chair for the school the past few years. He and his wife enjoy taking their golden retriever, Will, to the beach on Saturdays as well as road biking on Sundays.
Ed Cladera, M.D.
Dr. Ed Cladera, Medical Director of AristaMD, brings years of experience in healthcare and currently practices Hospitalist Medicine as a board-certified Internal Medicine physician. He is privileged at two of the top five hospitals in the San Diego area and has received multiple recognitions from thankful patients and families.
Dr. Cladera received his M.D. degree at Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine and completed his residency training at the University of Tennessee. Prior to his medical training, Dr. Cladera has worked as a research scientist at Parke-Davis Pharmaceuticals, Department of Biochemistry, and Pfizer Global Research and Development, Cardiovascular Therapeutics, Department of Molecular Science and Technology. Ed Cladera brings his experience in clinical medicine to the forefront of telehealth with AristaMD.
Ed’s passion is spending time with his daughter. He enjoys the beaches and trails that San Diego has to offer on weekend excursions with his family — he avoids thinking about lake-effect snow. He relaxes reading history, listening to Classical and Latin music (but never both on the same day) or performing midnight DIY projects.
