Keith Pinter is a growth-oriented change leader with over two decades of experience across the healthcare provider and technology sectors. As CEO of AristaMD, he is driven to improve clinical and business outcomes through technology enablement and a mission to “bend the healthcare cost curve backward”. Prior to AristaMD, Keith co-founded Rise Health, a technology-enabled value-based primary care aggregator that secured nine-figure funding in 2022.
His career also includes serving as chief operating officer and chief of staff for Envision Physician Services, where he was instrumental in scaling the organization from $800 million to over $6 billion. Recognized as the 2023 Entrepreneur of the Year by Health Insights, Keith serves on several healthcare boards and is a visionary in developing new service delivery paradigms.

Don Calcagno brings 30 years of diverse healthcare leadership experience specializing in population health, managed care, and value-based care programs. A member of the AristaMD Board of Directors, Don has built and operated high-performing programs serving millions of members across commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare portfolios. He previously served as senior vice president and chief population health officer at Advocate Health, where he spearheaded initiatives that achieved over $135 million in savings through federal ACO programs.
Don is a regular contributing author for CNBC, Newsweek, and Forbes, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Julia Jezmir, MD, MBA
Building an Integrated Model for Asynchronous Consultation
Dr. Julia Jezmir is a board-certified internal medicine physician and healthcare executive dedicated to improving care delivery and access. As Chief Medical Officer of AristaMD, she leads clinical strategy with a deep background in value-based care and digital health. Dr. Jezmir joined AristaMD following its merger with Sitka, where she also served as CMO.
Her previous experience includes serving as NY Market Associate Medical Director with ConcertoCare, an in-home value-based provider for seniors with complex needs. She completed her medical degree and MBA at Stanford University and trained in internal medicine primary care at Brigham and Women’s Hospital.

Chris Logar, MD, FASN

Chris Logar, MD is the National Director of Clinical Excellence, Medical Specialties at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, where she leads strategy to optimize specialty care delivery for medically complex populations. Her work focuses on building internal clinical capabilities and partnering with value‑based care organizations to align specialty and primary care in support of high‑quality, person‑centered care.
Dr. Logar is board‑certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology, with expertise in complex care management, clinical informatics, and value‑based care transformation. She is particularly passionate about the opportunity to boldly redesign healthcare delivery systems, linking clinical excellence with a pragmatic, scalable operational strategy to drive meaningful change. She completed her medical training at The Ohio State University, the University of Utah, and the University of Washington, where she also served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine in the clinical educator pathway prior to entering private practice. Dr. Logar lives in Seattle with her family and enjoys the food, travel, and outdoor opportunities the Pacific Northwest offers.

Jeff Wessler, MD, MPhil

Dr. Jeff Wessler is a board-certified cardiologist and the founder and CEO of Heartbeat Health, the nation’s largest virtual-first cardiology company. Under his leadership, Heartbeat Health has expanded its reach across all 50 U.S. states, partnering with health plans, primary care groups, and employers to provide accessible cardiovascular care through telehealth and remote diagnostics. The company’s innovative approach has earned recognition, including a spot on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest-growing private companies.

Ryan A. Grant, MD, MS, MBA, FAANS

Ryan A. Grant, MD, MS, MBA, FAANS is the Founder of Vori Health, an award-winning, virtual-first medical practice transforming musculoskeletal care nationwide through evidence-based, whole-person treatment. A board-certified, Yale-trained neurosurgeon and serial entrepreneur, Dr. Grant also co-founded Nomad Health, the first digital marketplace for healthcare jobs, which has impacted millions of patients. Across his ventures, Dr. Grant has raised over $340 million in capital.
Dr. Grant has authored over 100 peer-reviewed publications in neurosurgery, oncology, genomics, and digital health. Dr. Richard Stefanacci is a fellowship-trained geriatrician with over 30 years of leadership in geriatric medicine, PACE, and population health. A former CMS Health Policy Scholar, he has spent his career translating complex federal policy into clinical frameworks, currently serving as Medical Director for Inspira LIFE. With a deep background in long-term care and a continuous Certified Medical Director (CMD) credential since 2000, Dr. Stefanacci is a recognized authority on navigating the full post-acute continuum.
A prolific scholar and innovator, Dr. Stefanacci has authored hundreds of peer-reviewed publications for journals like JAMA and Health Affairs and is currently pioneering AI-assisted clinical design through his venture, GeriAI.health. He brings a unique perspective to specialty integration, viewing the eConsult as the modern evolution of the traditional “hallway consult.” By combining decades of clinical wisdom with cutting-edge technology, he ensures that real-time specialist expertise is accessible to every clinician and patient, regardless of geography.
