Kate Cali, Chief Client Officer at AristaMD, and Dr. Mark Oertel, Endocrinology Specialist, reveal how integrating specialized endocrine insights and advanced therapeutic management transforms metabolic outcomes, secures quality bonuses, and stabilizes the total cost of care for high-risk patient populations.
During this webinar, Kate and Dr. Oertel will demonstrate how healthcare organizations can leverage strategic endocrinology to achieve VBC excellence by:
-
Optimizing the GLP-1 Pathway: Navigating the clinical and financial complexities of incretin-based therapies to ensure the right patients receive the right treatment at the right cost.
-
Empowering the PCP: Providing Primary Care Physicians with direct specialist guidance to manage complex diabetes and metabolic cases within the medical home, reducing unnecessary referrals.
-
Driving Quality Metrics: Targeting specific HEDIS and Star Ratings by closing gaps in A1C control and kidney health monitoring through proactive specialist-led protocols.
-
Preventing High-Cost Complications: Implementing a strategic approach to endocrinology that identifies and stabilizes “rising risk” patients before they escalate to expensive emergency or inpatient care.
