Allison Ginsberg is a seasoned People executive with 25 years of experience partnering with CEOs and leadership teams to build high-performing organizations and support growth and transformation. Her career spans fashion, retail, beauty, wellness, health tech, and consumer brands, with leadership experience at globally recognized companies including Tiffany & Co., Prada, Saks Fifth Avenue, Kate Spade, and Tory Burch.

Prior to joining AristaMD, Allison served as Head of People at Glowbar, where she helped lead the company through significant growth, expanding from six to 17 locations and nearly tripling its workforce. She has also served as a fractional People executive and advisor to growing organizations, with expertise spanning organizational strategy, leadership development, talent, culture, and organizational transformation.

At AristaMD, Allison leads the company’s People strategy and organizational development, with a focus on building the leadership, talent, and culture required to support the company’s next phase of growth.

Allison is an active member of TroopHR and was a founding member of Chief. She holds a B.S. from the University of Florida.
